This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for RACI (Royal Australian Chemical Institute) in India. It applies to all students, parents, and schools who register via PEAR Academy platforms or affiliated test centres.

Please note: All registrations are final. Refunds are not issued once registration is completed, except under specific, limited circumstances as outlined below.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (where eligible), please email icq@pearacademy.org and include the following:
- Full name of student and parent
- Name of school (if applicable) and school ID
- Registration ID or payment transaction number
- Contact email and phone number
- Subject(s) and year level
- Reason for refund request
- Bank account details (for bank transfer refunds)
⏳ Deadline:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the end of the test sitting period. Late requests may not be accepted.
